This website is operated by HOMEGRID LABS (UEN 53524748J) ("Homegrid Labs", "we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect personal data in connection with this website, in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").

1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This policy applies to homegridlabs.com and to your dealings with Homegrid Labs as a company, including business enquiries and job applications.

It does not apply to our products. riil Estate and PropertyMarket.sg each have their own privacy policy, which applies when you use that product. It also does not apply to third-party websites that this website links to.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Enquiries and correspondence. When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, organisation and the contents of your message.

Job applications. When you apply for a role, we collect the information you submit, which may include your contact details, CV, education and work history, links to your work, and any other information you choose to provide. We may also keep notes and assessments made during the hiring process.

Technical data. When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the date and time of each request, and the referring address.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as identity card numbers or financial details, unless we ask for it.

3. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries and manage our relationship with you;
  • assess job applications, communicate with candidates and make hiring decisions;
  • operate, maintain and secure this website;
  • comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements; and
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.

Our service providers may store or process personal data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

If your job application is unsuccessful, we may retain it for a reasonable period so that we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

We maintain reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Requests

You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our continued collection, use or disclosure of it, by writing to hello@homegridlabs.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the time required by the PDPA. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer deal with your enquiry or application.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
